I bought 11M but it is too narrow - not at all the same size as my old pair of the same model number (bought locally many years ago), which actually were a bit extra-wide. I even tried very thin socks, still no go.
Definitely not Amazon's usually friendly return policy. Now I discover that I have to call the seller (shoe mart inc) on 800 number and probably have to argue with them - which I can't do today because they operate only on east coast time - at least that may mean I'll be speaking with an English speaker?
There is little worse than too-tight shoes. First and last time I try to buy them online.
